Tommy Simon

President & COO

Tommy Simon is a CEO, entrepreneur, investor, growth strategist, and sales consultant with a strong financial and technology background. He has founded and successfully sold consulting and product companies.

Currently, Mr. Simon is President and COO of Care Analytics. In his role he manages the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the business. He is responsible to the board for delivering the revenue, growth and profit projections while ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery.

Previously, Mr. Simon was an active investor and advisor for multiple startups and was CEO of Technology Brokers & Advisors. He also founded The Executive Advisory Group, an exclusive membership of top CEOs, executives and investors that provided acceleration services to stage two organizations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Simon led diverse teams across several business disciplines including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Mr. Simon also writes blogs on sales, entrepreneurship, and business. He is passionate about improving education, economic development, innovation ecosystems, and eldercare.

Mr. Simon is dedicated to social entrepreneurship and leads a program within Operation Startup that leverages local CEOs to provide contacts, connections, and clients to veteran owned businesses. He is also an active member of Social Venture Partners (SVP).

Matt Moore

Board Chairman

Matt co-founded TEAM in 1991, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of TEAM International Services, Inc. and Care Analytics. Matt was the founding President of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB). He also served as the national NACCB Government Affairs chair from 1998 to 2001, President in 2002 and Chairman in 2003. NACCB is the only national trade association dedicated exclusively to supporting IT services companies and represents nearly 400 IT services companies with $15 billion in combined annual revenue. Matt holds a BA in Computer Science from Ball State University and an MBA degree from Ashland University.

John Pennington

Board Member

John Pennington joins TEAM International from Boral Industries Inc, which is the US division of global construction materials leader Boral Ltd, headquartered in Sydney, Australia. He served nine years as Chief Information Officer and was in charge of all aspects of the IT environment for five U.S. businesses with nearly 100 locations. Prior to Boral, John spent 20 years in the applications development and consulting industries with various companies, including DuPont, Westinghouse and Oracle. He also founded Absolutions Inc, which provided Oracle applications consulting in both the government and commercial sectors. John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from Augusta State University.

Chris Walton

Board Member

Chris Walton has been in the IT Professional Services industry with TEAM International Services, Inc. since 2000. His roles have included Staff Recruiter, Branch Manager, Director of Shared Services, and most recently COO/President of Global Operations. Prior to TEAM, Chris spent 15 years in the medical equipment manufacturing industry where he was responsible for plant operations and Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, including ISO 9000 and Six – Sigma. In his current role at TEAM International Services, he leads the efforts to deliver projects on-time and on-budget for our clients, as well as TEAM’s pursuit of CMMi Level 4.

Thad Bydlon

Board Member

Thad Bydlon has served as Chief Financial Officer of TEAM International since 2010. Mr. Bydlon has broad financial and operations experience, domestically and internationally, in advanced telecommunications technologies, oil & gas exploration and production, and other vertical markets. In finance, Mr. Bydlon led two initial public offerings (IPOs) of securities, one on the NYSE and the other as a dual listing on the Oslo and Stockholm Bors exchanges. Prior to TEAM, he served as Chief Financial Officer for F4W, Inc., a man-portable communications equipment and service provider. Before F4W, he served in the same positions for Volo Communications, Inc., a VoIP network service provider, and for TeleComputing ASA, a hosted applications service provider. For a good part of his career, Mr. Bydlon served in various financial and operating positions for ARCO, an international oil & gas company, who was later acquired by BP. With ARCO, Mr. Bydlon held executive positions worldwide, including First Vice President for LUKARCO, B.V. in Moscow, a joint venture with Russia’s largest oil company, Lukoil, and as Vice President of Latin American operations for ARCO in Venezuela. To begin his career, he served as a Design Engineer for AT&T Bell Laboratories in their PBX research laboratory in Denver. Mr. Bydlon holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Lock Haven University, and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.
